We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Return Policy to outline our approach to refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of our consultation services.
This policy applies to all services offered by Squixelloxux, including but not limited to closet audits, capsule wardrobe planning, color analysis, and personal styling consultations. Please read this policy carefully before booking any of our services.
By booking a consultation or purchasing any of our service packages, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Client
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund
- No-shows without prior notification are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling
To cancel an appointment, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible. The cancellation time is calculated based on when we receive and confirm your cancellation request.
2.2 Cancellation by Squixelloxux
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as consultant illness, emergency situations, or other events beyond our control. In such cases:
- We will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at a time convenient for you
- If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund
- We will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience caused
3. Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Client Rescheduling
We offer flexibility in rescheduling your appointments under the following conditions:
- Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before your appointment can be accommodated at no additional cost
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of $25
- Appointments may only be rescheduled once without additional fees
- Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 60 days of the original appointment date
To reschedule, please contact us with your preferred new date and time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on consultant availability.
3.2 Repeated Rescheduling
While we understand that circumstances change, repeated rescheduling affects our ability to serve all clients effectively. Clients who reschedule more than twice may be asked to forfeit their deposit or may be subject to our late cancellation policy for subsequent bookings.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your consultation service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:
- A complimentary follow-up consultation to address any outstanding issues
- Additional recommendations or resources at no extra charge
- Partial credit toward future services
Please note that due to the personalized nature of our services, we cannot offer full refunds for completed consultations. Each consultation involves significant preparation and dedicated time from our expert consultants.
4.2 Service Packages
For service packages that include multiple sessions or components:
- Unused sessions within a package may be refunded at a prorated rate
- Refund requests must be made before the expiration date of the package
- Package discounts will be forfeited if a partial refund is requested
- Completed sessions within a package are non-refundable
4.3 Processing Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
5. Gift Certificates and Vouchers
Gift certificates and promotional vouchers are subject to the following terms:
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated
- Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced
- Gift certificates may be transferred to another person but cannot be resold
- Promotional vouchers must be used within the promotional period specified
6. Virtual Consultation Services
For virtual consultations conducted via video call or other digital means:
- The same cancellation and refund policies apply as for in-person consultations
- Technical issues on the client's end that prevent the consultation from occurring are treated as late cancellations
- If technical issues on our end prevent the consultation, you will be offered a full rescheduling or refund
- Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and appropriate technology before your appointment
7. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or other emergencies that affect our ability to provide services:
- We will notify affected clients as soon as reasonably possible
- Appointments will be rescheduled to the earliest available date
- Full refunds or credits will be offered if rescheduling is not feasible
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from such events
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss your options, please contact us with the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- Date of your original appointment or purchase
- Service or package purchased
- Reason for your refund request
- Any relevant documentation or correspondence
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
9. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of a refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team in writing. We will review your case and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified policy.
